I was searching the web last night and I ran across a website called trainwithmeonline
. I was searching for some oblique exercises and I rather like this place simply because instead of them describing how to do the exercise, you get to watch examples on how to do them. There is a variety of things to do and most importantly I did not have to pay to find out the info.
Free is always appealing to me, lol
Anyway I just thought that anybody looking to change up their workout routine with some new exercises may want to have a looksie.
