i have been doing pilates for many years and find it a wonderful toning, streching and strength building excercise.
if you have trouble moving about, just start with breathing.
do the 100 and just breath and move your arms, knees bent, feet on the floor.
as you "talk" to your body and familiarize yourself with the work out, you will gain stamina and your body will start "listening".
I have been toying around with the idea of creating a REAL beginners work out dvd for pilates using real woman to show how to start from just breathing....
also toying with the idea of getting certification so I can teach pilates.
