Can I break up 60 minutes of exercise a day into 15 minute intervals...
...and still have the same effect?
Say I woke up, did 15 vigourous minutes of exercise, then an hour or two later, did 15 minutes again, and so on, until I had reached 60 minutes over the day?
Would I lose as much weight, burn as much fat? Or is it more effective to do the whole 60 minutes all together?
First Goal: 25-40lbs by December 25th
Second goal: To be decided when the first goal is obtained
