Default Reaction Cycling Anybody?

I decided to try it last night at Bally. I was exhausted! Today, my legs hurt, my butt hurts, and my crotch hurts. (Those seats are horribly uncomfortable).
It was an awesome experience, and I can't tell you enough how great it feels to be achy again, makes me feel like I ran a marathon!

So for anyone who hasn't tried it, I recommend it. It is AWESOME!

Monday is my official weigh-in day. I'm putting my goal at 130 and I'll go from there.

Those Gel seat covers work well for making it more comfortable and then you don't have to wear padded bike shorts (really who NEEDS extra padding there?) I never thought I would like spinning but I was hooked when I tried it. I dont do it right now as I no longer have a gym membership, but I miss it.
