I want to do a 5k in two weeks.
The problem is I don't know which to sign up for-the run or the walk. I alternate walking and jogging when I work out and end up jogging about 15 minutes out of a 35 minutes exercise session. I can jog up to 5 minutes at a time.
Either I am really slow and walk some during the run or I am really fast and jog some during the walk. Either way I will probably look lame.
But which one do you think I should sign up for?
