I have the exact same problem, no Butt. I have been told on here that squats and lunges will help with this. I haven't tried it. Mainly I just walk outside or on the treadmill as my butt dwindles more and more.

As Lilybelle says, lunges, squats, walking lunges, one legged lunges, sumo squats... I have an Oxygen Leg issue that is awesome and has several really good exercises. I just wrote to them to find out if you can get back specialty issues, I know you can get monthly back issues... I'lll let you know the answer...

Smile Stairs

Stair climber is supposed to give you a well defined back side.
I avoid it because I have a rather pronounced bum.
