I've just started the Self Magazine workout to go from walking to running in one month. So far so good, but I've only just started it. Has anyone else done these challenges? If so, did you find you got good results form them? I'm thinking of doing the "drop 8 pounds in one month" goal next month. I find it helps me if I have a prety strict exercise plan to stick to, and it's all laid out for me here. Thanks in advance for the feedback!
