I saw the infomercial on TV (which immediately discredits it in my book)... but, I couldn't look away. I saw the ad about the circle workout, specifically. Is it impossible if you're not already in top form? Or anywhere near it?
These are GREAT videos and one of the best things about them is there are several different levels in each workout so you can work wherever you are comfortable.
I have the original set, I guess. I got it in 2003. I've only tried 2 of the dvds - haven't used the 3rd one w/ the band. I really like the 20 min dvd.
I have the original set and the circle workout. I really love the circle workout. I really feel it has strengthed my core. My mom was using Pilates for toning purposes only and lost 12 pounds. Also what I like about Pilates is if I really do not feel like I want to workout I can do pilates.
Has anyone here tried Winsor Pilates?
