I used to belong to a gym and that is where I got my exercise, I have moved and there is not a gym by my new house. I was looking for suggestions of fun DVD's that I can use at home.
I actually saw an advertisement on TV for danceX and I wanted to know if anyone ever heard of ot. It looked like a lot of fuhn, and it looked pretty easy.
I like core secrets (stability ball) and pilates. I used to go to a gym too and got addicted to the elliptical, so when i left the gym, i bought an ellipitical and i use it 6 days a week.
My fav is Dance Dance Revolution for the Sony Playstation.
There is no strength/resistance training to it - only aerobics with the exception of your calves and thighs - but it's SO much fun! I've been doing it now for around 3 months or so and I can't get enough.
Believe it or not it is truly the highlight of my days.
