trying a 1 month membership
 

Today I went to Curves to start a 1 month trial. I won this GC in a raffle over 2 years ago but did nothing with it. Actually, I won another 1 month membership to a similar place in the same raffle, and I wondered if it was a sign :lol:

But at that time I worked out with weights at the Y and did aerobic exercise (elliptical machine and/or treadmill) at the Y regularly. Now, I can't drive, and Curves is just over a mile from where I live.

I'm still somewhat skeptical, but we'll see how much I can tone up in a month after being a total slug for the last 9 months. My muscles can feel what I did today!
