Default Exercise Challenge 10/1 - 10/7

I hope I'm not stepping on anyones toes But I wanted to start up a weekly exercise challenge. If you want to join in, please do!

Sunday 10/1 - Yard Work (mowed lawn and cleaned off driveway - 90 minutes) Pilates - 30 minutes
Monday 10/2
Tuesday 10/3
Wednesday 10/4
Thursday 10/5
Friday 10/6
Saturday 10/7
