Due to first day TOM I really did not want to do my w/t routine, but due to this board (accountability) and recent past history that it usually makes me feel better - I did it! I'm just glad my gym is downstairs and I didn't have to worry about my outfit.

All the people I know say I work out too much. Finally a pplace where I can fit in.

I am 41 and have just begun on a new journey. i am a middle school teacher who, after 18 years of being on the front lines, is taking a year off. All I do is run, lift weights, relax, drink coffee, and socialize. I love my life again. Wish I never had to work ever again.

Exercise yesterday:

pilates
weights - shoulders and biceps.

Exercise today:
4 mile jog
different pilates (just a few - I'm hooked)

Talk to you later!

Chrissy ... Can you actually exercise too much?? I guess you could but not us ...

Yesterday: jog to and from gym, total 5k, worked legs at gym...I rarely run and do legs the same day, but I felt ambitious and I am feeling it today too...

Toady: 5k run with my running group...
