Default anyone doing the push workouts?

how are you liking them? are they actually doing anything for you? i ordered the free 30 day DVD in hopes that i'll like it. i dont have the time to be able to go out of town to the gym or anything so maybe this will work for me?

I'm doing it! So are my sisters, Jennifer and Amy. We love it! I'm expecting my 4th DVD any day now. The moves seem easy, but you feel it later so it's working It grows a little every month, too. I definitely feel an improvement in my energy and fitness that I didn't feel 3 months ago. I hope you like it

I'm interested.

I've been trying to do "push away". It's upsetting my DH because he feels I don't like what he cooks. I keep trying to tell him that 1 or 2 less bites of food can decrease the amount of calories in.
