Question Best Thing For Bellys?

Okay, so I've been doing some sort of workout everyday, whether its doing Tae Bo or a simple walk around the block with the kids. I've got the exercising down. My problem is, although I'm dropping weight I can't seem to get rid of my "mommy pouch". You know what I'm talking about, that part of your stomach that always protrudes after you've had kids! I've been doing stomach crunches every other evening, but I have not seen any results on the flab of my belly. What am I doing wrong? Could I have worn the muscles of my stomach during my pregnacies? I can't seem to make it go away...lol..I'm realistic and I know it isn't going to happen over night, but I started my journey back in March and I still have not noticed a difference. I hate to think that I'm going to lose weight and have a stomach that sticks out because it won't go away! I'm starting to visualize it! OMG, freaky thoughts! Any and all advice is welcome and needed!!

I know exactly what you are talking about!

I have to admit mine has gone down in size but is still there, I have found this last week that clothes are everything! I wore my Shorts the other night and it took my breath away the pouch was huge! and today, my kahki pants make me look so thin and they sit on my tummy just right that it aint under the waist line or hanging over it.

I have some Maurices jeans that look great on me too.

The other thing I have noticed is when I eat to much sodium my mommy belly is where I retain the water.

Just some thoughts for you. By the time we get to goal the bellies will be gone. I know mine is a lot flabbier now, like I have lost some of the fat, and I hope my skin shrinks up a little. I should say I used to have a firm fat stomach. I hope that made sence.

Have a look at this thread. It's a bit light-hearted and certainly not very scientific but .....

Check out the FIRM's new series Jiggle free abs. I've been doing Jiggle free
buns and my butt is getting firmer and they are only 30 minutes long.

You can get them from collagevideo.com or firmdirect.com
