Question Trekking Poles / Nordic Walking
I read an article recently about "nordic walking", which is walking using a variation of a ski pole. Here is a link to an article about it: http://walking.about.com/cs/poles/a/nordicwalking.htm.
  • Has anyone used these, or done this?
  • What has been your experience with them?
  • How much did you spend on your poles?
  • Does it enhance your walking enough to be worth the price of the poles?
