Default Jorge Cruise " 8 minutes in the morning

Has anyone heard of Jorge Cruise "8 minutes in the morning". It is a eatting plan and strength training .

Well, I just may check this out... I am in need of a change.... I need some weight training, can you tell me more? I'm looking at his web site now..

I just received the kit the other day and it looks good. THe eatting is based on ADA guidelines ( which makes it healthy eatting) and the strength training tapes is good. THe tape is one hour long but you only do 2 moves a aday( with the highest weight possible- which takes about 8 minutes. And surprisingly you really feel it after your done. YOU can do cardio on your own if you want ( he says if you can) his tapes are weight training. I look forward to seeing results. And customer service this the company is the best. IF you have any questions they answer it immediately. I really believe this program is really going to help me. There are no foods off limits ( which I like) and you will firm up with the weights.
