I'm so bad at thinking of clever titles for my posts. sorry! :P
I have the chubbiest arms ever. I've always been really self conscious about them, to the point of wearing long sleeves even in the summer to cover them up. I really want to start trying to tone them up. I don't necessarily need to see fast results, but since i'm exercising more, i'd like my arms to keep up with any progress i'm making with the rest of my body, you know?Somewhere in one of my closets I have some weight resistance band things i can dig out, and i'm pretty sure i have some little 1.5 or 3 lb weights in my trunk. If not, i'm certainly willing to go buy some.
Does anyone have any exercises that they can recommend?
