I made it 60 minutes on the treadmill today! I have sweat across the front of my shirt that looks like a bib. My legs are a little like jello, but I finally made it 60 minutes. When I walk in the park I can walk for 60 minutes, because it's not as fast or as regulated I slow down and speed up in differnet places. I alrernated between 3 and 3.5 miles an hour for the whole 60 minutes!
It was a great feeling I went to lunch with the boys today because there's no school....and I didn't worry about when I was going to walk...or wonder how little I should eat because I hadn't walked yet.....and what if I don't get to it.
Good for you! Those are fast speeds to stay up with for an hour if you aren't used to it. Good for you!!!!!!!!

Good Lord you are my newest hero! I am definitely physically able to do 60 minutes, and then some, but i get so bored!! I have to walk outside down my road (2 miles) I live in the country, so its pretty private.
