Default Getting flabby already

I have been working out faithfully since January, and for the last week and a half I haven't been able to get to the gym and it seems that my clothes are fitting tighter already and my stomach is sticking out more. And I have also noticed that my legs arent as toned as they were. Is this just me or has anyone else experienced this after a short break? Thanks

I have been unable to exercise for 2 1/2 weeks following hernia surgery and I did notice that although my weight has not went up that my legs seem a little less toned. Did start back to walking 1/2 mile last night and tonite and hope to firm back up quickly.

^^ My new before and current photos! ^^

That always happens to me when something interferes with getting to the gym for a few days in a row. The superficial gains we make seem to disappear.

But it doesn't take long to get back to being firm, once you get back into routine. If I am away, I try to do a lot of walking. At least that gives me some exercise.
