Anyone try THE BAR METHOD or the LOTTE BURK METHOD??

I've been seeing some rave reviews on these two recent fitness dvds. ANyone try it? The reviews off amazon make it sound incredible! The thing is , the last time I got a yoga DVD off amazon with a gazillon 5 star ratings, it really bombed. I just wanted to see if anyone here did those!

apparently she was a dancer that got into this car accident and thought she couldn't dance in her injured state, which might cause her to lose her shape. She came up with this body sculpting method that apparently everyone says is unique and works to mold your body into a never-before-tone shape. Apparently its supposed to look like you exercise 2 hours a day, when realistically its not a high energy workout or anything.

HOnestly I love sweaty cardio workouts, but I CAN'T DO IT EVERYDAY OR ELSE i'D BE forced to wash my hair everyday (after workout, sweat and all) s I need something do every other day. Yoga is weak for me, so I'm looking for another workout.
