My 200 are done - and this time I did them in sets of 50, instead of sets of 25! And I can REALLY feel it in my legs, and to a lesser degree, in my shoulders.

It takes about four minutes for me to do 200 so according to the chart, I burn about 40 calories.

I just did my 200. Arms are a bit sore. I'm use to jogging and walking...I guess I need to work on my arms more often.

I did my pilates work out then did my 200. They were a bit harder then last night cuz I am sore so I did them in sets of 20 with short stops in between. Took me 4-6 min.

I gotta jog in a bit, ack! That could be sore!

I followed what others said and broke up the Jumpng jacks through out the day and it makes a big difference. I tried to do 25 each time I got up from my desk to use the little girls room yesterday, and it worked great, no one saw me do them cause I was in the bathroom and it was a nice little stretch after sitting at my desk. I used the "since you are up" thought, I drink alot of water at work I go to the bathroom about every 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. So I got them all in before I even went home last night.

Hi all
you're doing fantastic.
I had to stop as it was really hard on my chest. I'm breast feeding and this combo isn't good. I'm going to try it again once I'm done all the feeding, hopefully in 6 months or so. Best of luck to you all, keep it up.
