DDR as a workout?
Part of my weekly cardio is by playing Dance Dance Revolution. Is there anyone else out there that plays this and does it for some cardio?:carrot:
My husband does it with me and I wear my heart rate monitor to make sure I keep my heart rate up. It's so much fun that last night I ended up doing it for 90 mins before having to stop. It can get pretty competative with us.:cb: |
There is a DDR thread in here somewhere. I'll try and dig it up. I did it for a while, but I was worried about my feet because of doing it barefoot for so long. Plus I have two left feet and couldn't get very far. :lol:
