Default I went back to Curves

Yesterday was my first workout since June 05. Of course they wanted to weigh and measure. I had gained 20 lbs
I did both circuits (I had told myself I'd only do one). I'm a bit sore today, but it's the good kind of sore.
I'm going back tomorrow. I'm going to shoot for three days a week. But first, I need some new shorts
Mine are all too small.
So today I shop, tomorrow I work out. Baby steps....baby steps....
It's not about being skinny, it's about being FREE!!
