I really like Flexposture by fitprime. I love the original which is now out of print and led by Anna Benson (creator of The Firm workouts and now Fitprime/WHFN) (this can be found on ebay sometimes, but you can also contact her yahoo group to see if there are any in stock. The one she leads is all yoga stretching and is a fantabulous 40 minute stretching workout. I like the remade version with Tamela Hastie leading, which includes 17 minutes of pilates, 21 minutes of yoga, 6 minutes of light weight training, and 10 minutes of cardio.
I also like Floor Burn led by Tamela as well. It includes 21 minutes of pilates, 6 minutes cardio, 6 minutes light weights, and 10 minutes of yoga.
