Maybe I'm just odd, but lately, I've been getting heartburn whenever I do cardio (or at least cardio with higher intensity). I always wait for at least an hour after eating... I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or what is going on???
Does anyone else have this problem? I can take an antacid right after I finish my workout and I feel better almost instantly, but is there something I can do to prevent it?
