Hi Kathy! Ya know the very moment I think that I'm going to take a day off, I feel guilty enough to do something

You did good yesterday. Ever play with weights?

Ilene, I have never even remotely associated you with Homer Simpson!

It's still officially holidays, I'm sure that by tomorrow you'll be as bright as Einstein. I, on the other hand, am ward clerking tomorrow so I'd better do something energetic when I get home.

Hi kykaree. A walk in the country sounds lovely!

No walks in the country for me today, but I did hit the gym at work, I did treadmill, rower, cross trainer, stepper and bike for 6 minutes each. It was really fun, and I put all the machines on a quite high intensity. I'm off to the gym tonight for my weight training, which I have really missed, as the gym has been shut for two weeks!
