watching tv or listening to music while you workout is a good way to ignore that you're working out Plus it's just fun!! Good job on joining a gym and enjoying it!!! Keep it up!!
I love the feeling of being stronger than I was before. It's hard to describe, but I can just feel my legs *propelling* me up stairs and hills and such. It's a wonderful feeling. I hope you come to feel the same way about the new body you're working on!
Well I went to they gym today, and yesterday (Sunday) and I worked out on Friday as well. This morning I actually woke up excited about going to the gym. I was shaking when I woke up and realised it was ENERGY!!! Usually I wake up groggy and want to go back to sleep! I feel fantastic and cant wait to go back tomorrow.
