How long do you do it each time and how many times/week? I have one, but haven't used it in forever!

Hello All,

I love the Toney little Gazelle. I have 2 one with restance and one with out. Yes it does work and good for knee problems. I used to weight 260 pounds and I lost 90 pounds in one year. I did it 5 days a week started out slow and worked my self to 5 miles a day. It is the best thing I have ever bought. Good luck.

1 1/2 hours a day, whitedove33? You must have legs of steel! I'm wiped after 40 minutes and find myself wobbling off to get my water bottle when I'm done. Good for you!

I've been thinking about trying this... but don't have much room for a piece of equipment at home. Does it fold up? Could it fit beneath my couch - or maybe somewhere else? If I stored it upstairs (or on the landing to the basement or in the utility room or whereever), how hard would it be to bring down when I want to use it?

Thanks (in advance) for your thoughts...
