Default does tae-bo count as...

strength training? i don't really like to lift weights, but i do tae-bo 6 days a week...is tae-bo sufficient? or should i start lifting?

yeah, i just realized this was a really stupid question...it obviously counts as some sort of strength training bc i feel it in my muscles...anyways, yeah, ignore it.

No, it really isn't strength training. Strength training means you lift weight to exhaustion. While TaeBo does challenge your muscles, it is a cardio workout, not a strength training one.

so scorpio moon, do you suggest that i start lifting weights in that respect? or should i start using resistance bands during my tae-bo workout?
