What would you do? I'm struggling to get exercise in if I work days (7-3). I've set my alarm a bit earlier and "know" I should get up and do something. In the past I've let one day off (as in no exercising) turn into days, weeks, months ....
I thought maybe if I tried just 15 minutes and got into the habit ... I'd get better at it.
SusanB,
I have 2 suggestions for you:
1) The 8 minutes in the morning Kit by Jorge Cruise. I reccomend that you read the cards the night before.
2) 1 mile Walk Away the Pounds by Leslie Sansone. This is about 18-20 minutes. I have several of her Dvds.
Hope those help.
I totally agree with the Leslie Sansone recommendation.
There are other less than 20 minute-long DVDs out there as well.
