Default Bike vs. Treadmill

Which machine will give me more calories burnt for my time? Is there perhaps a website or calorie burner calculator that I could figure this out with?

Default Go with what's fun!

As a physical therapist, I encourage you to do whatever exercise is FUN, and, of course, does not cause any pain. If you follow that rule, you'll stick with it longer in both short-term time and duration time and you'll be able to increase your intensity, therefore burning more calories.

The best exercise is the one you will consistently perform for the rest of your life.

Lost another 4 inches!

Lost 5 dress sizes since November 24, 2004!

Eating 2400 to 2800 calories per day!
