I'm curious if there are any other swimmers out there
- some chicks who like to do some laps once in a while and some who like to do it regularly, be it for well-being, for fitness or for weight loss...
I'm a pretty bad swimmer, but I'm working on getting better (improving my movement, time and distance). Usually I swim before my favourite
Aquafit class, 1-3 times each week for at least 30 minutes.
Check in please and tell me if you'd like to participate in a swimming challenge (I'll give more detalis in a special thread once I've worked them out, but I'm thinking about adding up the distance we swim).
