hello all! I have a question for ya ...
I'm a swim instructor/ lifeguard so that means I'm in the water constantly moving for 4 hours a day and out on deck walking around for about 3 ... inbetween classes I'm swimming laps and during classes I'm walking/running/treading in the water
so here's the question ... do you think it's necessary for me to do additional workouts on the weekends when I don't teach classes and am only guarding? or am I burning enough during the week that I should give my body a break? thanks so much!
