About every other day or so (as long as I haven't slipped out of my groove) I do the "Stability Ball Workout For Dummies" DVD. My problem is that I don't know what to enter it as on Fitday. There is some dumbell usage, and there are segments of crunches and push-ups. I don't want to classify the whole thing as weight training or as callestenics, but I also don't want to have to make several entries for 1 DVD workout.
What would be the most accurate classification?
