Hello all! I just recently decided to take up jogging. I am very curious as to what kinds of changes I am going to see in my body.I have for the past 6 months been doing Tae-Bo but I am more than burn out on it and in need of somthing to keep my interist and to give me the results I need. I thought this would be a great alternative. I also have been at a platue for 3 weeks and I am hoping that jogging will do the trick. I was also wondering if jogging is good for triming thighs. Mine seem to still be more jiggly that the rest of me. Any advice you may have would be greatly appriciated as I am clue less when it comes to this type of exercise.
