Strength training

  • hello all, i hope everyone is doing good, well i want to start gaining muscle as well and i was wondering if this would work, on m/w/f doing 20 min. pilates, 30 squats, 30 lunges, 30-50 pushups or wall push ups, and 30 bicep curls, and my ab workout everyother day
  • I don't think that you will gain muscle per se with that workout in the long run, but it is a great start if you are a beginner....
