Default Running Shoes

I have begun training for a 1/2 marathon and need some new running shoes. In your opinion, what is the best running shoe?

Hey Genesis running shoes really depends on the person the gait of the foot when running and the arch support and cushion. I have flat wide feet so I favor running in a brooks running shoe but there are so many different kinds of shoes out there to buy. The best thing to do is to go to a running shoe shop. These places are GREAT they give you great tips for buying shoes, and they even let you test the shoes out for comfort. Most running shoe stores have running experts that give great advice and can answer lots of your questions. Good Luck on buying the right shoe. You should google some running stores to find one in your area I guarantee you won't regret it.

Know that you can do it. It is not a question of willpower. I have none of that. It is a question of willingness. What are you willing to do to reach your goals? No matter what your situation, no matter what your history you can be successful and improve your health and physical fitness. You can never be defeated until you quit.~anon
