Default Exersize Help


I started this because I am attempting to learn how to rollerblade. I can rollerskate in a rink, but on asphalt on inlines I flail around and do not know how to stop. Honestly, this makes me look like a fool. I want to be able to rollerblade because there is fun in there someplace, and it's a great work out. Can anyone give me some tips on how to stop and how not to fall over small pebbles in the road?

I also figure that anyone else can post here if they have questions about different exersize how tos. This may be redundant to another threat that I'm not aware of, but I'm going for it anyway.

In rollerblading, thus far, gravity always gets me down.
