I've been having a problem with pain in my upper back. I'm not sure what is the cause. I've always had a big chest, but since losing weight it is smaller. I'm also running and have been doing strength training workouts at the gym. I thought these things would improve it, but it is actually worse. Anyone have any suggestions? Most of the advice in books and magazines addresses lower back pain. Perhaps there are exercises that might help, but I'm not sure which ones.
