Hi guys, me again with the bad knee!
Okay, so I haven't run for a month. I started anti-inflammatories for my knee last week, and this week my knee doesn't hurt. So, based on some reading, and what I think is going on with my knee, I need a knee brace just to make sure I keep it in the right positition during a run.
I'm planning on starting back running either this weekend or Monday.
Sooooo.... Anyone used a knee brace in the past? Any love-em or hate-em's out there? I've never used one, but want to get the right one.
