Gung ho ? What's that, LOL ( I used to be known as the "all or nothing" girl so I relate!)
I walked at a 3.5 incline and kept a steady 3.5 mph for 60 minutes on the treadmill this morning and will be swimming or 30 minutes later, followed by an Aqua Aerobics class and finally yoga this evening from 7:15-9:30! No weight lifting for me right now (I don't lift during my TOM).
I was SO close to not getting in 5 days this week. It was only by the grace of my in-laws asking us to feed their dogs while they were away, and I used their treadmill that I got in my fifth day.
Grand total= 1231 pts, though I might do a workout video tonight if I'm up to it.
