Fever is a sure clue to NOT workout, take a break it'll do you good, take your vitamins, go to bed... If you feel just OK, go light on the exercise for a few days...
Another thing, if you go to a gym, and you are sneezing and coughing, for me, this has to be THE worse turn off!! Stay home for gosh sakes don't go spreading your germs all over the machines...It's a pet peeve I know

Sunlight, Sunlight, Sunlight! Whenever I think I am getting sick I take my vitamins, drink lots of oj and take a brisk walk outside if the weather is nice outside. Then get a good nights rest. But I really think getting outside instead of sitting inside with all the germs will do you good. That is my secret of not getting too sick all the time. Hope this helps.
