We set it up last night (in the dark!) we were done around 10pm. After looking at it through the window this morning, I noticed that we may have to change the way the legs are on! LMAO! But we did jump last night and had a ball.. No one got hurt and it did not collapse. I would just like the added stability... No biggie really...
I will let you know when I really get started on this thing.
This weekend should be a bit chilly, so no big sweaty workout but I will still be jumping!
Also, does anyone know why ones ankle would swell? This happened the night before the trampoline was delivered. So it was Wednesday.
All I did that day was help make popcorn at the school and cut the grass. No injury...

You set it up at night and already had a workout.. wow! Were you a little anxiou? I was my first time on one..

I'd post a thread in the support section about your ankle. You'll get a lot of advice and info that way.. I've never had swollen ankles.

Thanks Jayde!
We were very anxious to jump! I think we jumped yesterday for 3.5 hours with little breaks in between!
It was fun!

Oh I am SO jealous! I would love to have a trampoline. I used to do all kinds of dancing and workouts on my small one but now that I live on third floor I can't do that! Don't really have any advice for you as to workouts... except I always loved to just plain ole jump and dance, etc to music! But have fun!

Wow 3.5 hours is a LONG time. You must have been bouncing around in your dreams LOL.

I would love to have a small one... but LOL the "Smoker Chick" who lives below me is already mad at me for spraying air freshener on my deck as after all SHE has to smell it... who cares if she fills MY entire apartment full of her filthy smoke LOL. And she has been known to bang on the ceiling when I clean house on Saturdays. So probably not a good idea for me to get a trampline, tee hee... though it IS tempting.

I was very very sore from the jumping. I felt it most in my claves and in the back of my thighs and butt! Everywhere I need it! Yesterday I did not jump as much, but my daughter was in and out of it allll day. We did get alot of sun too. The good outdoors feels sooo good, after hibernating all winter.
I figure, just keep pushing myself on the trampoline and I'll get used to it!

LOL I haven't had a trampoline dream yet, but its bound to happen!

Misti~ The smoker chick seems like a nightmare! I would buy that real good smelling bug spray and spray that out on your deck when she smokes. Then you can blame it on mosquitos!
She pounds when you clean? What a nut! I would not want her for a neighbor!
Hmmm, but the way I am, I might just go get a mini trampoline just for the sake of her! hehhehheh.... Ok, maybe not... but it would be fun!

There are some video workouts for the small rebounders that you might want to check out to get an idea of what to do. You can get Fitprimes, G-force from the reboundair website and they sell the urban rebounder DVDs on Amazon. I have a little one that I use all the time, it is a lot of fun.

I had no idea it was such a fun and beneficial workout until I tried it. It doesn't look hard. But.. WOW!
