I was wondering which one would be better for me I have a stability ball and am doing the B*L*T( Butt*Legs*Tummy )with Karen Voight. I really like this exercise and was wanting another one kind of like it. I have seen the core secrets with brooke burns on tv and it looks fun, but I was wondering what type of stuff do they do on the video. I came across the quickfix stability ball workout with Keli Roberts and saw a few previews and it also looked fun. Can someone give me the pros and cons of each video and what its kind of like..
