I appreciate your advice everyone.
But to tell you thr truth I am still struggling to get off my butt and exercise.
I need to find the motivation and will power!!!
Maybe I am just too lazy.

Motivation & will power come from within. You have to decide if you really want to get fit, and if you do, then you'll find a way to work out. If not... I heard a quote I liked the other day:

"If you want to do it, you'll make the time. If you don't want to do it, you'll make excuses". I'd say it applies here, too.

Another thing... Dr. Phil says "behave your way to success". Meaning, just do it, and eventually the doing of it will be part of who you are. Exercise is a real drag if you're just starting, even for those of us who were once athletes & therefore had the knack, so to speak. But it's well established that the VAST majority of people who lose weight & keep it off exercise regularly.

You can do it! Sue
