Okay - today is the first day of starting back on my plan.
After work today - I am headed off to the gym for a good workout. I have not been to the gym for a long time now, and I feel like a beginner.
So does anyone have any suggestions on what I should be doing? I was thinking of just sticking to cardio today since I have been out of it for quite a while. Maybe just the treadmill, elliptical, etc...
They have a circuit training area that I used to use - but I'm not sure if I should dive right into that or not.
Any suggestions for a *beginner*???
