Default Speed

Hi, I just started taking this weight training class at my highschool
there are a limited amount of excerise machines and in my city there
are no gyms that allow people under 18. Being that I have those "man boobs"
I always on the bench press. Ive started to notice that my muscles in my arms
are getting bigger and my chest is getting smaller. Exactly wat I want. But my
question is how would I continue to loss the fat and build the muscle without
becoming extremely slow. Even with the fat on my arms I was above average
with the speed. But now IM starting to get slower. So is there a way I can
get both advantages or do I have to choose one. IM only 16 so I dont want like
huge arms. I just want to turn that flab into muscle. But not enough that I look
strange with a gut with huge arms. Thanks if you want you can im up to 11 oclock on the screename OG DIP. Thanks

Do you have any cardio worked in to your program? Perhaps running or biking, swimming laps even? Cardio is a great fat burner as well. We also have a Ladies and Gents who lift forum here on the boards and they may be able to help you better They are a great group as well

Also I edited your post to remove your email addy for your own privacy and safety. We do have a PM system that you can use as well!

Welcome to 3fc!!
