Hello! My Crossbow by weider (like a bowflex but cheaper) will be here tomorrow and I'm hoping to buddy up with some other people who use the bowflex or crossbow in their daily exercise routines. Anyone out there interested? Perhaps we can share routines and favorite exercises!
I have one also, but don't use it much. It came with a video instead of a CD and I don't own a VCR, just a DVD player. Not sure what exercises I am suppose to do, how many reps or what order (if it even matters!)
I need to slim down my legs, hips and thighs mainly and do have some flab on my arms.
