Default Child Bearing Hips

I am not a runner and being 5'3" I can only walk so fast comfortably. I rollerblade on the days it isn't raining (1/2 hour to an hour). Can someone tell me some other good exercises for cutting from your hips and saddlebag areas?

From what I have read, it is impossible to spot reduce. You just have to do cardio and eventually everything will get smaller. Have you tried the stationary bike? You might also want to try to add some weight training exercises to help build muscle and make you more toned.

Unfortunately our body drops fat at it's preferred spot, not ours! Just keep doing what you are doing, and as you lose weight, you'll see your saddlebags get smaller as well.

I'd say keep doing cardio and supplement with Pilates to sculpt those muscles. I speak from experience---it works!
