I am not a runner and being 5'3" I can only walk so fast comfortably. I rollerblade on the days it isn't raining (1/2 hour to an hour). Can someone tell me some other good exercises for cutting from your hips and saddlebag areas?
From what I have read, it is impossible to spot reduce. You just have to do cardio and eventually everything will get smaller. Have you tried the stationary bike? You might also want to try to add some weight training exercises to help build muscle and make you more toned.
