Try Crunch Bootcamp. It's a really great workout that includes cardio, weights, and even ab work. It's only 30 minutes, but it will really make you sweat.
Another good option is from an instructor named Cathe Friedrich (her web site is www.cathe.com
). She has a series called Cross Train Express. All the cardio portions of the workouts are 30 minutes or less (there are 5-6 workouts in the series, I think). At the end of each cardio workout, she does weights for one body part, so at the end of a 5-6 days, all your body parts will have been worked.
